Delivery - Delivery will be by trackable courier within NZ, or by International Mail Courier. All shipping is free, anywhere in the world.
International Shipping - We can ship your order anywhere in the world at our discretion. with the exception of the following countries, we will not ship to - Africa/Ghana, Nigeria, Russia, Pakistan, Iraq, Malaysia, Indonesaia, Romania, India.
For credit card orders, please ensure that the billing address and other details given on your
order, are belonging to the actual cardholder, and are as they appear on your statement.

For International orders, due to high internet fraud, and to ensure security, we may request further identification from you.
Returning Merchandise - You may return any faulty unopened merchandise in its original condition, including original packaging and packing slip within 30 days of receipt and you will receive a full refund less any gift wrapping or extra charges.
No returns will be excepted if you simply change your mind, or don't like it, so please ensure you order the CORRECT ITEMS.
Cancellations - Due to our automated order service, cancellation of orders can be made only within 24 hours of placing order. Once payment process is complete, we can not cancel orders.
We charge a 20% restocking fee for any merchandise not returned in its original condition and packaging.
Any shipping cost you incur to return the product to us will not be refunded.

- Packing slip
- Original Order Confirmation Number
- Your reason for returning the merchandise

Claims on orders not received - You must notify us within 7 days from the date your order was shipped if you did not receive it. you will have a shipping notification email.
Wholesale Inquiries - If you are interested in buying our fragrances at wholesale, please send us an email via our contact page with your details.
How to Order from BodyLicious - We accept: MasterCard and Visa. You may also pay with a Personal cheque or by internet banking. banking details will be emailed to you with your order confirmation. Paypal will be available again soon.
Order and pay entirely online using our SECURE SERVER. Our secure server software encrypts all of the information that you provide to us, including your credit card number, name and address. Our secure software ensures that your information cannot be read by anyone else over the internet.
Note that the type of payment will reflect on delivery time. By direct bank payment or personal check, allow 10-12 days delivery time from payment confirmation. For credit card, allow 7-10 days delivery time from payment confirmation.
Shop throughout our store and add the items you wish to purchase into your shopping basket. Remember, you may change the quantity of any item in your shopping basket, as well as remove it completely, at any time.
When you have completed all of your shopping, simply click on CHECKOUT button and submit the online order form including your credit card number and expiration date, plus all the necessary billing and shipping information. You will then receive an Order Confirmation Number to which you can refer.
